Personal branding workshop at DHL - Empower yourself

Personal branding isn’t about shouting from the rooftops how great you are. It’s about knowing your unique value and intentionally moving toward your goals with clarity, confidence and visibility.

Young DHL invited me to host two interactive workshops on personal branding and positioning on 28 October 2025 at their DHL Freight location. The goal was to motivate, inspire, and activate DHL’s young employees in a practical and engaging way to strengthen their personal brand and boost their self-positioning.

I really enjoyed seeing over 80 Young DHL’ers actively engaging in these “𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟” sessions! Hopefully, a fire has been lit to take ownership and shape their own careers.

Prior to the workshops, Lisette Nap, CEO DHL Freight NL & BE, welcomed everyone with incredible power and self-awareness. My key takeaway from her story: 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘸. 𝘚𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘪𝘵. She also brought a mind map that she made 30 years ago and her life unfolded almost exactly as she had envisioned it. This is real-life proof that vision and a plan paired with (consistent) action create success.
