Hi there, nice to have you here! I’m Susanne Bavinck - Bender, founder of SBB Comms.

 

I support organizations in growing their brand and attracting quality leads, and guide ambitious professionals in communicating their unique value and story, authentically and effectively.

So far, my career has been a true journey. I started as an M&A lawyer, but soon left for the creative world. While I explored the market with a blog to set up my own bag label, I discovered my passion for content creation and digital marketing, leading me to become a fashion influencer. After living in San Francisco and Houston for 1.5 years, I transitioned into internal communications at Suitsupply. After this, I was excited to take on the role as corporate & internal communications advisor role at Loyens & Loeff.

In late 2023, I started SBB Comms to pursue more freedom and creativity.  After 3 weeks, Sweav asked me to manage their marketing activities as a freelancer.

 

This is also how I got so passionate about personal branding: as a professional, your career doesn’t just happen, you create it. 

 

A few fun facts, I love Mars Ice cream and detest cilantro. I’m like a solar battery and better perform with sunshine. I have two sons and have a thing for pink (in case you didn't notice;)).
