From brand strategy to 100% sold: my freelance marketing project with Breadstone

One of the things I enjoy most about marketing is bringing together strategy, creativity, and storytelling to achieve real business results. My recent project with Breadstone was a great example of exactly that.


Over the past seven months, I had the opportunity to lead the marketing strategy and content for The Brandery Sittard: a commercial real estate development featuring 40 high-quality business units in the heart of BedrijvenStad Fortuna.


The goal was ambitious but clear: sell every unit.

The result? 100% sold. 🥂

Successful marketing isn't about a single great campaign or one viral social media post. It's about creating a consistent brand experience across every touchpoint.


Throughout this project, I was responsible for the overall marketing strategy, positioning, and content direction. Together with an incredible team of designers, performance marketers, and real estate agents, we ensured every channel told the same story.


From LinkedIn and Instagram to Meta Ads, Google Ads, newsletters, events, and the project website, every piece of content worked together to build awareness, generate leads, and create trust.


Because when every touchpoint reinforces the same message, people remember your brand.

I'm incredibly grateful to Rory Bertram and Ruben Bosboom for their trust throughout the project, to Niels Bordens and Hidde Koning for delivering an outstanding Meta Ads campaign, to Daniëlle Honcoop and Carmen Dompeling for creating a premium visual identity, and to the ROYWORKS team for their personal follow-up with every lead.


Seeing everyone's expertise come together toward one shared goal was one of the most rewarding parts of the project.

Why this freelance marketing project meant so much to me
